Dare I say top Zaza in Henderson , grandmas is good too “Chicago Stuffed” + ricotta + garlic easy 8’s

Pizza was good but reminded me of Shake’s and I love shake’s.... but I’m an adult so it was a standard pie but something was missing... oh yeah three consortium members. But I was not disappointed because Boyd’s mom joined us instead. What started out as consenting adults turned into a magical, generous and patriotic moment. No one was left out... the food runner and all 4 line cooks joined in. Then the 2 delivery guys out back, ....the manager and even our waitress joined in. Two airmen from Nellis.. 1st Battalion 2nd Marine Rifle company showed up along with UNLV junior varsity softball team and then she finished off all of the current and founding members of the varsity debate team.

Welcome back VGK fans to another professional review. Here we are at a Chicago spot having a thin crust pie. Now I know what you're saying. Yes we aren't at a traditional NY pizza spot but that does not stop the review! We ordered the pie, had a triangle cut slice but was greeted with square cut. No big deal, just can't gauge the flop. Had a couple of squares and will tell you, not impressed. Cheese had a funky smell to it and was separating from the crust. I do have to wonder about if in fact was frozen. Just not overall happy with it. The waitress was super nice though and it seems like a fun place to hang out. I hear the ribs are pretty good but this thin is not... Do you really want to know what's good though?? Paul's mom. Shes sticky like I hear the ribs are hear and finger licking good!! That's a review and see ya next week!! GO VGK!!!

This is my first review so please be nice. Pizza was good. The cheese was the best part and although it was square cut i managed to find a crispy delicious corner piece. The crust was good, and not soggy/greasy. The one thing i felt it did lack was sauce. the sauce was very light and i wish there was more.

Welcome to The Consortiums weekly review. Today we are at Amore Taste of Chicago. Although having a Chicago pie is not our normal routine I was given approval from the members. The cheese was very flavorful with a hint of herb. I felt the sauce was proportional to the pie and had a solid flavor. Very thin crust and it had a nice crunch. My only criticism is the pie was a little doughy. Overall a good pizza and I would return. On a side note if I do return I will bring Blake’s mom here because her pie is also doughy with a hint of herb.

I have been waiting and watching this store being built for quite some time. I was looking forward to trying the pizza and the ribs that they advertise on TV. However, when I ordered yesterday and got home with my food I was extremely disappointed in the pizza. The ribs were better than I expected but The pizza was a huge disappointment. I will not be going back there for pizza ! If I do it will be for the ribs only. The pizza tasted like a frozen pizza. Very disappointing.
