Welcome back VGK fans to another professional review. Here we are at a Chicago spot having a thin crust pie. Now I know what you're saying. Yes we aren't at a traditional NY pizza spot but that does not stop the review! We ordered the pie, had a triangle cut slice but was greeted with square cut. No big deal, just can't gauge the flop. Had a couple of squares and will tell you, not impressed. Cheese had a funky smell to it and was separating from the crust. I do have to wonder about if in fact was frozen. Just not overall happy with it. The waitress was super nice though and it seems like a fun place to hang out. I hear the ribs are pretty good but this thin is not...
