Pizza Review
Saw Andolini’s advertising “San Marzano tomatoes” and “house-made mozzarella,” so had to give it a try on a business trip. What I got: sadly a doughy undercarriage, the sauce was cooked-down and sweet. The mozzarella was average. The basil was fresh. It’s edible, but it’s not a true Neapolitano Margherita, it’s better than average American pizza wearing the colors of the Italian flag.
