Andrea's Bagel Crust Pizza

First time at Andrea’s. Good pizza. I’d of liked it to be slightly more cooked but decent enough. No flop and enough crunch

Cute little establishment, simple small bar style margherita. Dare I say it, too much cheese. The sauce might have been nice, but is blanded-out by cheese. The pro of this is it’s a small pie that’ll feed two. Crust is okay, bagel tasting as advertised, but doesn’t add a wow factor. Zero flop, nice crunch, that’s what puts it into the 6’s. (plus grated parm and chili flakes in the box, a nice little touch that’s rare in hk)
