So this one goes against everything I know and believe classic pizza to be, this is a regional pizza to PA and is very different from a classic ny cheese pie…. But it’s really good if you know that going into it. Thick crust but with no flop and great crisp, ask for well done with extra sauce and the cheese burns a little on top, cheese is not mozzarella but more like a provel Swiss American blend, very different but really good. Cool place too
