Eye test- cute Execution- taste is solid but the edge is too crispy and middle is to soft, thus, baking process is not perfected Sauce, touch of sweet, a bit above average. No spices but seems fresh Cheese- neutral, fresh, a bit too much but combined with sauce it created a solid taste combo Dough- weak link. No taste and either too crunchy or too soft Bo Jackson said, “Bo knows baseball.” I know artisan pizza. This is not travel worthy. However, hard to argue with quality ingredients and a pretty solid taste. Crust a very weak link For the record, avoided toppings to rate this. A slice was void of toppings that I attacked. Enjoyed this, but it’s nothing special

Angelo Pizze, should have gotten the classic Margherita. Don’t recommend this one.

Excellent cheese, minimal sauce (but tasty), solid dough, below average crust. this tastes similar to Tucci’s which Dave rated an 8.1

This pizza is delicious. Cheese is really great, though maybe too much. Crispy crust, good sauce, and the basil is a nice touch. This is a hot out of the oven score. Not nearly as good to go or reheated.

Nice crust, the right amount of grease.
