Looks better than it tastes, to much cheese not enough sauce. The sauce tastes great though! The crisp is also very nice but a tad greasy. Overhyped for sure, but still good pizza

Angelo’s really is THAT good. Crazy how parallel their pizza is to Deluca’s in Hot Spring, AR. Thank you Angelo’s for one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I heard your cheesesteak was just as good, so I’ll be getting that tomorrow!

Perfect crisp has a burnt look but no burnt taste kind of like a coal fire but way better basil is the perfect addition

Really good pizza! Loved this pizza! Excellent sauce, great tasting crust w little crisp to it. Cheese was flavorfully, a little oily... but overall delicious pizza! well worth a trip out here to try it.

I’ve been to all the “can’t miss” spots and Angelo’s still remains my favorite. The best dough I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked every time. S/o Danny and crew

Great outer crust but slightly chewy in the middle. Loved the freshness of the basil and great sauce to cheese ratio. Very good pizza overall, but I wouldn’t go into the 9s… not on the level of a Lucalis, Di Faras, etc.

Definitely the best pizza I’ve had in Pennsylvania. Nothing to complain about. Everything was delicious, not greasy, no flop. Just the perfect pie!

The tomato pie square was ok but not what this review is on. The regular cheese round honestly was one of the worst 5 pizzas I had ever and being from NJ…I’ve had a lot of pizza. This was terrible. Crust sucked with a god awful taste. And the cheese was cheap and greasy.

Portnoy overhyped…

I swear to you the square was better. Waited very long for this, almost a religious experience, just fantastic all around, square 9.2, regular 8.7, cheesesteak 9.0

Finally got to try to the legendary Angelos and I’m happy to say that it did not disappoint. All around perfect pie, no grease, thin, lovely undercarriage, and great crunch. The cheese had an interesting taste that I’ve never experienced before but I can’t quite put my finger on it.
