Great flavor and structure. Just wish it could’ve been a little more crispy. I want to hear that crunch from the first bite, and it was a little more chewy than I like it.

Good NOT GREAT. Not in the video but their cheesesteak with coopers sharp was mouthwatering. Their Grandma pie is also a lot better and that deserves a 9.1 for sure!

Unbelievable hype surrounding this pie. Unbelievable disappointment. I don’t even remember tasting sauce to be honest. Overcooked cheese city. I guess the texture overall was nice and crispy. Now, for full transparency, I didn’t have it fresh out of the oven; it had to travel a little bit, but still—the flavors should have still jumped out at me if this was really as good as everyone says it is. Cheesesteak was elite though.
