Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza & Wings

Had high hopes as it is coal fired. The menu shows a 12 inch pizza and a 16 inch. As I had no one to share it with I was leaning towards the 12 inch and taking some home when the waitress said that they had a 10 inch. As it turns out, the 10 inch is not the same style as the 12 and 16. It is Neapolitan. I give the Neapolitan a 6.2 but a friend shared one slice of their 12 inch with me and that was better, but not by much.

Not good, I’m from NY and have been trying places around here and this one was pretty mediocre. The crust was horrible, rest of it was barely ok. Garlic knots were trash, not a good pizza place, not even for “football pizza”

Best pizza I’ve had in Tampa. Crust crisp, good cheese, good sauce, some grease but not to much.

Always a solid pizza here. Thin crust hot honey and pepperoni was great. Great service here as well.

No flop, good undercarriage, crispy, consistent flavor of the sauce, some char bubbles from the oven👍🏼

Caprese Pizza: solid coal fired pizza. Little flop, nice crust, sauce was good. Pepperoni and sausage was also really good. Quick friendly service with outdoor seating for the puppy!

Crust is spot on. Fantastic taste. Only thing bringing this down is the sauce

Crust is missing a little flavor cheese and sauce was great crispy and no flop!

Sauce and cheese are around an 8. The crust needed to be crispier. Overall it maybe the best tasting plain cheese in the area.

The Traditional with prosciutto-Crispy, great flavor, the right amount of cheese.

Cheese pizza was on point with flavor could use more crisp and less flop and grease overall one of the best tasting slices around, fresh and flavorful. Crisp it up, tomato chunks are a bit overwhelming.

My kind of pie, rich sauce, not too much cheese, beautiful underside. Great crisp

It’s almost like the guy in the kitchen forgot to spread the sauce. One bite I had pizza the next I had cheese bread. Crust is dry but pizza has potential.

Half sausage/ half plain cheese. Crust is plain, but good texture, needs more sauce, cheese proportion is acceptable.
