Molten lava of cheese. Too much for me and unfortunately the dough can’t support the weight of the cheese very well when I picked up the slice. It’s standard football pizza and granted, I ordered a slice not a full pizza, so perhaps a full pie can be cooked longer to crisp up more, but what I would expect from a solid roadside spot. I’d eat it again (prob order a small pie, well done), but wouldn’t rush for a single slice unless they could re-fire it for me
