It’s o.k. Place is clean, the staff is friendly, and they take pride in their work, but the slice was pretty bland.

When trying a new Italian restaurant, I always order Chicken Parm. If the CP stinks, I won’t go back. For pizza places, the baseline for me is a classic cheese pizza. While there are a lot of things about the cheese pizza that I love (crisp, thin, real cheese, large slices), the sauce lacks zing. I’ve tried to eat it without garlic powder, salt, RPF, & oregano, but it’s just too bland to do so. But don’t get me wrong, I still come once a week and get the 2 slices of cheese and salad special. I’d eat this pie all day long. It’s good and I’ll always enjoy my lunches here.

Solid slice. Better than a 6, probably not an 8. Just a good NYC style slice.

TIM - 5.5 Charlie - 9.2 I wanted to like this so bad! I had it recommended to me by ay least 3 different people. It was a nice place and it was crowded so it must be good sometimes but my slice was so bad I couldn’t even finish the second one. Thinking it over I want to give it even less. I saw the chef take the slice out of the glass case and who knows how long it was sitting there. My slice was greasy, and tasted old. Not enough sauce. The worst part is Penny got a good looking slice. I bet this place is a lot better if you order a fresh pie, but still, this experience I had doesn’t make me want to go back. If you are going to have “best pizza since you left NY” on the sign, you better bring your A game for every customer!

Lots of cheese, not enough sauce. Lots of flop (not crisp), and lots of grease. Could use some more tang
