Antica Napoli Pizza

The crust was a little too thick for a grandma slice and the cheese was a little greasy, but the sauce was decent. After a beer it’s not bad but wouldn’t travel at of my way for this slice.

Beautiful pie, very little flop with a even crunch throughout. At first I was leaning on a 7.8 but the 2nd slice sold me on an 8.1. Absolutely smashes Tommy’s pizza and is imo the best pizza in Gettysburg. Owned by a great done to earth guy too.

Too much butter

Taste is up there. Just needed a little more crisp but very good.

Best pizza in Gettysburg, IMO. Unfortunately the score it doesn’t get any better than this. As much as I want to love this pizza , there’s tons of flop because it’s soaked in olive oil. There’s also no crunch whatsoever, not even on the outer crust edge. There should ALWAYS be crunch somewhere on a slice. The flavor lacks a bit for a Neapolitan style (not enough salt in the dough?). I will say great effort though. It’s good enough, if you want to settle for that, which you will have to in south central PA. The picture is their “Grandma Pie” which isn’t a traditional Grandma Pie at all. It’s somewhere in between a bar pizza and a Neapolitan style. They do offer a totally different style, and is actually just a thicker crust Sicilian style pizza. That one is actually better than what is pictured. For the record, I’ve had both styles several times and each have been consistent in make. Room for improvement.

Cheese slice

I’ve never been so excited to try a pizza, when I opened this box and the garlic smell overflowed my senses. That being said, the crust was the main feature but the sauce and cheese was inconsistent with good and bad bites. A lot grease, but a good overall pizza in Gettysburg.

Decent slice - tried granny and cheese - both super floppy - little to no crisp. Sauce makes up a bit.

this is a solid pizza.. no flop and some good crisp. Cheese was distinct, but good. Sauce had some “pop” to it. Definitely a return spot! Only recommendation is they change the on hold music when you call...

Overall waited a whole day to get a slice here. Maybe I came too late. Over all good pizza slice for two bucks. Crispy could have a little more sauce. Real Long Island drunk slice

Very good pizza. Very good crust, the right amount of sauce. If you are in Gettysburg give it a try. Very good.

Good sauce and crust

I like the sauce that’s on the top. A little too much of a flop, crust has a crunch. A very thin pizza which is very good.

Delicious slice with a combination of flavorful sauce, smoky cheese, and zesty garlic butter. A lot of flop, but the crust is solid and has a crispy crunch. Extra props for always-wonderful service. One of my favorite pizzas around.

Alright Frankie, this is my first review so cut me some slack. Lots of flop, good cheese, good sauce, nice and crisp. A great slice overall. Best pizza in Gettysburg IMO.

Medium flop, Great sauce, Thin crust with garlic butter/oil for an extra bit of flavor. All around great slice!

Alright Frankie. One bite everybody breaks the rules. Very good pizza. Crispy crust, not burnt at all, slight flop, no dripping grease. Perfectly seasoned sauce. Solid 7.9. Blazing hot it might even reach the coveted 8.0. I’ll be back.
