Pizza Review
Great pizza, really knocked it out of the park. Crispy crust with great undercarriage, no flop, and a satisfying crunch at every bite. The sauce was remarkable, rich in the best San Marzano tradition and no hint of bitterness. The pepperoni, fresh garlic, and black olive toppings were a great combo, lots of subtle flavors, each component complementing the others. I grew up in NY and this is by far the best NY style pie I’ve had in the Dacula/Hamilton Mill area. Tip: Add some of their fresh baked garlic rolls to your order- they’re terrific.
