Sicilian style, crust was decent. Not enough sauce, too much grease.

After further review I amend my score my girlfriend reminded me I hadn’t ate since yesterday morning and my judgment may have been impacted so true score right here.

I’m a sucker for hand tossed, brick oven crusts, and this one is pretty damn good. The sauce is flavorful and fresh, but a bit overly tart for me. The cheese is decent, not great. Waaaay too much grease.

Super Greasy, asked for it well done. Crust came out crispy but really no flavor in the sauce. Just an ok pie.

Sauce is good, crust and dough not great, cheese is low quality. Average pizza.
