I’m a sucker for hand tossed, brick oven crusts, and this one is pretty damn good. The sauce is flavorful and fresh, but a bit overly tart for me. The cheese is decent, not great. Waaaay too much grease.

Super Greasy, asked for it well done. Crust came out crispy but really no flavor in the sauce. Just an ok pie.
