This crust, thin cheese. Would like a little more sauce but overall a terrific pizza.

My first of many, One Bite Reviews, thanks to @pizzageneral, @general13 APizza Brooklyn, one bite 8.5. I have lived in Florida 34 years, best Pizza in Florida so far. Their NY style plain cheese, well done, is great. The crust is light super thin, crispy and NO FLOP. Top notch sauce, high quality cheese. I would drive, an hour each way again, to have it.

General Doug.. General Kevin and The Pizza General.. staying at Biltmore Hotel in Miami.. Hitting the One Bite App for an honest review and a place to try.. Noticed Apizza Brooklyn with a score of 8.1 the required my affirmation.. the three General ordered Three different pies.. Gold Medal Cheese cooked well done in Bakers Pride ovens.. also Pepperoni done the same way.. finally because were Pizza guys.. we tried wood fire Neapolitan which obviously didn’t do much for our expectations.. Gold Medal won from our opinion.. General Kevin a newbie in our Pizza Crew.. but a restauranteur in his own right.. owning a very successful Steakhouse in Coral Springs Called Runyons gave a score of 8.5, General Doug gave a 8.3 and I gave it a 7.9.. sauce tangy.. fresh mootz complimented real well.. had a problem with the dough.. although very crispy.. oiled well done to perfection.. the dough had no taste.. just a blah flavor!! If the dough had some sort of salt in flour.. or garlic powder.. would take the pie to another level.. but all in all the gold Medal gets a 8.2 1/2 middle score between us.. excellent spot!!
