I am not quite sure what to make of this pizza. On the one note, it looked absolutely great. But the first bite was disappointing. Just olive oil. Then the burnt notes took over. I don't know how a pizza can be both burnt and soggy at the same time. The sauce was somewhat lackluster, given the maranara sauce we got with our appatizer. It's like it's just tomato sauce, no seasoning. Maybe that's what this pizza is, but it's a strange beast.
