“Pizza capital of the World” is a pretty bold statement. Had my wife with me, and she isnt a big fan of pizza, so i could only try one spot, and i chose this one based on it having the most reviews. As undercooked and heavy as it looks, the dough is nice and crispy on the bottom and super light. The sauce was just red and pastey, the cheese was mehhhh. I could see this “Old Forge Tray Style” being a local favorite, but i’ve tried a lot of pizza, all kinds of styles, and this is just not vibing with me. I had to give it a 7 for the crisp and airy dough.
