Beautiful under carriage. Hardly any flop. Would’ve liked it a little bit crispier on the bottom. Not so much football pie but a Brooklyn New York style.
Valley standard I give it a 9.1. Would’ve gave it a 9.4 if it was a tad crispier. Brooklyn/New Haven scale a 8.3. One of the best if not thee best in the valley.
