Armetta's Restaurant & Pizza

This place is hoppin on a Friday night. Thought they were known for their square pizza but definitely had it wrong. The round is great, the crust is somewhere between light and football (kinda fluctuates by bite) but it’s firm, lacks crisp or char at the bottom, but makes up for it with overall flavor of sauce and cheese (sabs vibe?), could go with or without the extra sauce but I’d maybe lean light extra sauce in the future, it’s exactly what you look for with this style and almost went 8.5. Square was disappointing and brought overall score down, crust kinda dry like it was sitting out a while, the cheese is blah, definitely better with x-sauce. Some of these squares I grew up with that were known for the cheese seem to maybe need extra cheese now? Either way stick with the round.

One of the greatest pizza places on the planet, run by some of the nicest people.

Round style but on the thicker side. Zero flop with minimal grease. Lacking the flavors!

Alright, Frankie. Basic style but very good. Nice hearty sauce. Strong salty cheese.

Initially looks pretty greasy, kinda doughy, little flop, ok crisp on the crust, cheese is a little runny, great amount of sauce. Overall decent slice but my socks were not knocked off

Football pizza

Really doughy, no crisp. If you like thin, not for you. 6.1 used to be better!

Really good pizza here. Crust was nearly perfect. Not chewy at all, perfect crisp. Cheese was good, didn’t slide off the slice. Not too greasy. Sauce has a weak tang. Wish the sauce was a bit more flavorful, but a very good pizza.

Nice crisp crust, fresh peppers, and of course pepperoni. I’m buyin this dude a beer.
