Artichoke Basille's Pizza

I suspect this was the most disliked pizza at the One Bite Fest just because it wasn’t a plain. No diss to them, just not what the crowd wanted, even though the artichokes slice provided variety. But I didn’t love it either. Overhead someone saying it was like cream of spinach on a pizza. It’s a doughy pizza whose crust almost seems like it’s cooked in a pan. It’s thick for a thin crust, about the size of a grandma. Always hard to rate something not your style that you disliked but is clearly going for being something different. I think Dave liked the crunchy bottom crust. The margherita looks better though and even with this crust, I suspect is at least rate a 7. I like artichoke, but this is not how I’d like it on pizza.
