Aurelio's Pizza Plainfield

Sauce is tasty, outside is crispy but inside is soft. Not a bad pizza, but definitely not the best I have had from Aurelios.

Looked great. Zero flop. Crust tasted awful but the cheese and sauce made up for it.

Cheese is good and the crust is good, I like how they have cheese crisped over the edges of the crust. I don't love the sauce- it's too sweet or tastes like something is missing- can't quite pinpoint it. But overall decent pizza.

Incredible slice. The cheese, the sauce, and the crust at the end really brought this slice all together. As White Sox Dave says, this is depression pizza; this depression pizza is one damn good slice of pizza though.
