Barbiere's Italian Inn on Bluemound

Its very good. But a little chewy. No flop, but wish the under carriage had more color tho. Giarinara is excellent!

One pizza was solid. One was colder, probably waiting for the other to finish. Take your mom and dad here. They’ll enjoy the old time feel

It's an honor to be the first to leave a One Bite review of Barbiere's. My family loves this place. I love this place. The flavors of the cheese and sauce on top of that crackery crust combine to make a top-notch pizza. Hard to find a superior pie in SE Wisconsin, not to mention the rest of the U.S. (New Haven pizzas, Regina's in Boston and Lou Malnati's definitely in the 9's). Taste is subjective; my opinion: SE Wisconsin score: biased 9.5 U.S. score: 8.7 Bonus garlic bread score: 9.5 (leaving .5 points for that one or two superior garlic breads that may be out there, but doubt it).
