Barro's Pizza

Was pleasantly surprised. Pizza is airy but still firm, cheese is salty but not too salty. Well-balanced flavors and good sauce. A really great bite.

Perfect amount of flop, crust is about a 6.5, again nice flavor, a bit floury and could be cooked a bit more but overall pretty good
