Needs a crispier base other than that it’s a solid pizza

Neapolitan style, floppy. Nice charr on the outside, dough is light but chewy, crusts the same. Tomato sauce brings the score up has a nice something to it. 7 is high for Belfast, definitley is worth a try.

Great Neapolitan style pie. Dough is super light, you could eat this all day. It does flop but I like a flop on a Neapolitan. Lovely char underneath from the wood fired oven. Two kinds of cheese on the pizza is a nice touch. Sauce is nice but could do with a little bit more of it and definitely a little bit more tang. Too much rocket on top, gets in the way of a great. Would drive to eat this pizza Frankie, great slice.
