they call this the masseter masseuse. its a thin pie with a chewy undercarriage but not as pleasant as sourdough. the ingredients are weak. criminally overrated, but hey shes easy on the eyes.

I go to the deli and the owner told me they started doing round pan pies so had to try it out. Honestly one of the best pies I ever had. Crispy well done and a ton of flavor. Had a margherita slice too and that was remarkable. Almost as good as Angelo’s in New York. Highly recommend!

Specialty Grandma-style Squares are all the rage here. Gotta go with the flow. Perfectly crisped undercarriage nicely compliments the basic tomato + cheese and the sausage toppings. Worth a visit.
