I’ve got 2 scales, a Dallas scale and an actual scale. Pizza in the Dallas area doesn’t compare to anywhere else, only 1 or 2 places in the 8’s.
Normal scale- 6.8, nice crust, lacking in the cheese and sauce but still solid
Dallas scale- 7.4, pretty good for Dallas, best pizza on highway 205
