Stopped in late, and only a middle slice left. Perfect example of "less is more" as less cheese woulda been better IMO. Great under, right thickness. A little on the dense side, but a very solid sauce with good flavor. Good bite, good crunch, solid overall. Half the amount of cheese woulda done wonders, but still good!
