Bertolozi's Pizzeria

Man am I disappointed. From the looks of it I was thinking it had to be in the 8s. The cracker crust is just thin but chewy, it’s overcooked I’m not a good way. Was hoping for thin, crunchy crust but this isn’t it. The flavor and taste of the cheese sauce is great, but the crust needs work.

On a scale of Atlanta pizza I’d get into the nines on this pizza. Excellent Chicago tavern style pizza with a thin, crispy crust, perfect sauce, and delicious cheese all charred to damn near perfection. I can see this place blowing up. The cheese pizza is excellent and the Joyce is also highly recommended.
