Best Pizza

Extremely ordinary and overrated.

Grandma slice. Sauce really comes through with garlic but too overpowering. Cheese and crust both done to perfection. An all time joint

Soild pizzeria. The white at Fini was slightly better but the sesame crust was a nice touch. The 8.3 is for the cheese slice. White would be an 8.0.

Embodies what pizza should taste like.

This wheel is the definition of mid. Flavorful sweet herby sauce was the only notable quality. The crust was thin but not good thin, like dense chewy flavorless thin. Maybe I’m being hard on it because Portnoy gave it a 9.1 and it’s in NYC and expensive, and it wasn’t “bad” by any means, but there is just no reason to ever go here with all the other great options nearby. How was it? “Fine” would be my answer.

Best slice of pizza I’ve ever had. Dave was spot on with the ranking.

Really tasty Grandma, sauce had a lot of seasoning. The dough stopped it from getting in the 9s, was just something missing. Visited from the UK

Layla and I had Best Pizza. It was great but it’s better fresh out of the oven. Great crush.

Very very good pizza. If my last slice was more consistent throughout the rest of the pie I would be scoring this well over a 9.

Zero flop. Great crust. Ratio of sauce to cheese to crust could be slightly better, but delicious slice overall.

The slice was ok, very thin, not enough sauce or cheese. The square was thin too, the crust was fuller, not cheesy, the sauce did taste good.
