How to do a traditional Beto’s run: 1. Order your cuts 2. Take it to your car (this is crucial) 3. Eat it in the car before the cheese melts, and make an absolute f*cking mess of yourself. 4. If you’re taking a box home, you did something wrong. 5. Rinse and repeat

Brought it home so the cheese melted. Would be better if I ate it there.

Almost as stingy as Lunchables™️ with the peps and the cook time. Would not make a U-turn for this ever again.

Lots of cheese, undercarriage and crust is crunchy, sauce is the best part of this slice. And yes the cheese is cold.

Crispy Crust. Sauce and Pizza cooked then all cold toppings! Different then most, but very good!

“Ohio Valley Style”. Cooked crust and sauce. Cold toppings. My favorite style but I’ve def had better.

6 pounds of cheese over top of decent crust and sauce. Not my style.

This pie is very different. No grease. No flop. Cold cheese and toppings served on a square thin slice. THE GOOD The cheese and pepperoni tastes delicious. Sauce had an authentic taste. Not tasting cheap. THE BAD Too much cheese. Not enough sauce. And the toppings should be warned up. It's allot to be thrown at you. It's one of those places you try just to say you did it. Staff is incredibly friendly btw!

A unique take on pizza. Cold cheese on top! Great crust, sauce, and the cheese is awesome.

The crust was crispy, the sauce was flavorful, and the cheese was raw! There was no Cornicione as it was a center square slice but the crunch of the crust made for an unexpected balance of textures with the uncooked cheese. It’s good, it’s Pittsburgh, Yinz should try it.

Super crunchy crust, amazing cheese, excellent sauce. Best pizza in Pittsburgh! This isn’t for everyone but it’s a must try. Cooked dough and sauce. Piles of cold cheese and toppings. If you like the cheese melted... then order take out and it will melt over the trip home. Best is not melted with a pop!!
