First of all, for wood-fired pizza, it was pretty good. A lot of times, if not cooked properly, the wood firing ends up drying out the crust. But this was not the case. Excellent char, great crunch. Amazing cheese to sauce ratio, I was actually satisfied with the amount of sauce on this pizza for once. However, there was zero undercarriage, and it could have used a bit more flavor, perhaps Italian seasoning or garlic. The classic pepperoni pizza was good, but was an overall forgettable pizza in the long run. Other pizzas were good too but that’s not what I’m reviewing. Would eat here again. 6.7. That’s a review.
