An attempt at a NY slice. A bit more flavor than the plate it came on I suspect, but not much. Slight flop, the tiniest hint of crunch. The sauce was sweet but not much tomato taste, heavily processed cheese and the crust was unremarkable. Probably a hit with the drunks pouring out of the nearby Wan Chai bars on Sunday night, so if you run with that crowd go for it.
