Biga Pizza

Looks like a 8.4, but is missing flavor and crunch.

Tasty house pie. Floppy, but delicious.

Had the four cheese, Sicilian, and pepperoni: was a little too greasy for my liking, but the crust was fantastic. Would recommend the pepperoni out of the three, four cheese gets a bit odd.

House pizza. Amazing don't be a dumbass like me and just get the 18 inch. We killed the 12inch. If this is "Montana style" it is great. Zero flop, still have the thin crust appeal but with more substance in the sour dough. Cheese and sauce are top tier. Could just use some more sauce overall and a bit of a charred undercarriage.

The pizza had a perfect dark brown char. However, the undercarriage wasn't super crispy. The sauce wasn't particularly great and the cheese was a bit heavy for my preference. Still a pretty decent slice. Would recommend the house pie.

Solid good pizza. Better than 99% of the pizza I have had in Montana. Good flavor to the crust. Sauce is tasty, but not overpowering. Nice thin crust. Solid finish.

Worth a private flight to have just one slice. Dave would understand.

Spent a week in glacier then had a day and a half in Missoula before my flight out. Came here for dinner and was astounded. I thought, “is that the best thing I’ve ever eaten?”. I had to be sure, so I went back for lunch the next day. Shameless. This is the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Tried another biga place in Michigan a few months later and it wasn’t at all the same. Crust, sauce, cheese, cook. It’s all perfect here. Biga pizza. Eat it. Just order cheese, no need for toppings that just distract from everything else which has already been flawlessly executed.

This is my second review. I gave a 6.7 last time. I register to have a crisp on it this time. Last review was during height of COVID. This pizza was cooked perfectly and undercarriage was perfect. Solid pie. Great service.

Great pizza. There’s no surprise that this is the highest rated (from what I’ve seen) in all of Montana. Great fresh ingredients, sweet sauce, quality cheese. Only thing I would’ve liked was a little more char on the undercarriage, and personally with most Margarita I like the basil on top so I can remove accordingly. But the pizza was still amazing none the less. Highly recommend.

Flop, tangy sauce. Crust was perfect for my liking. Could’ve been higher possibly 7.4 but a little greasy. Nevertheless a great slice. Definitely will return! P.s. my wife thinks it’s a 7.6.

Prosciutto pizza was fantastic! Crust crisp and perfect. Tomatoes fresh, prosciutto high quality. Highly recommend
