Bistro Crevier

First time here. I’ve tried Cafe Crevier and wanted to try out Bistro Crevier. Overall a good pie. I liked the addition of the parmesan cheese as it added extra flavor. The sauce was light and while the crust was thin it lacked any crisp.

I’ve been to multiple Dave 8+ spots and Bistro Crevier deserves the rating I’m giving. The pizza does have parm but it’s not over done, I liked it a lot. I ate while driving and did not need napkins because there was no grease drip. I actually think this is better than Cafe Crevier was. I’ve also gotten sandwiches that were phenomenal here, and it’s conveniently located by Home Depot so it’s a no brainer stop if you’re out and about getting things done. Friendly staff too.

I gave it a 7.9, while the wife scored it an 8.1. Resulting in a boring even score. But fantastic pizza. Could do with a little less parm. It’s hard to taste the sauce. Thin, crispy. Nice change up with the sourdough from the cafe

Vodka marg pizza. It’s a sourdough pizza, but still pretty good. No flop, good flavors. Crust is alright.
