Crust is crispy and tender. My bad for ordering a loaded pizza that made the crust soggy.

Goofy pizza scale. We got Ricotta base, chorizo, bacon, Apple, and sriracha aioli. It was life changing and fully deserving of this score. Next time we'll get a plain cheese to do a regular scale review.
