Blue Sage Pizza

Maui wowwie. Crust not overdone, pizza not too greasy nor has too much sauce. Could might use a tad more sauce. Good all around flavor. Little flop but not too floppy.

Little on the dryer side. Almost want it a bit more well done. Good dough. Might need a garlic flavor on the crust too.

We are giving Beau Jo's a higher score than blue sage are you kidding me wtf is wrong with you people I know 9.7 isn't right but I need to offset the ridiculousness of these other scores 7.4 is my rating and really beau Jo's is higher

Pretty average. And the crust was dryer than my first wife

Strip mall location. Sure they’re nice people. Big snow storm tomorrow might be influencing the work, but it’s very basic, doughy, kind of bland. Crust isn’t raw, but undercooked.

Great crisp and cheese, lacks some sauce. Not accounting for the wait, overall great pie

Damn near the best slice in the ‘Boat. Overall it’s a solid slice. It gets the job done. Bland crust but good sauce.

It’s a good reheated slice. Good price considering it’s in Steamboat Springs.
