Bob's Thin Crust Pizza

I recently had a fantastic pizza with a thin, crispy crust that was incredibly flavorful. The owner was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.

While this pie isn’t razor thin, it’s definitely thinner than the standard traditional round pizza. Shockingly, each slice was much floppier than I had anticipated. Even though the dough is fairly tasty, the entire pie could use some significant crisping. The crust is the crispiest aspect by far but a tad bland compared to the rest of the pizza. The sauce is pretty good, sweet with plenty of zest & zing, just slightly salty, which could be from the rather generic cheese. On a thin pie, the cheese is usually tighter, like the kind you’d find on a bar pie; but this blend is a bit thicker and melted very well. Despite the imperfections, all of the ingredients work well together to produce a pleasant pizza taste. This is pretty good pizza overall, just missing that little extra something to distinguish from the rest of the pack. A crispier pie would certainly help level up the score; but as is, this is not worth traveling for. However, there’s plenty of potential here for sure.

Never disappoints. One of the best pizza places in the county. Awesome thin crust and they also make the perfect margherita pie.

If you like thin crust pizza then this is the place to go. Locally owned, nice owners. Alittle flop, cheese and crust is perfect.

Decent pizza, crispy and a bit salty.

Cooked perfectly! A beautiful round pie. Good balance of ingredient, but it only has a mild taste of tomato and salt. Crust is only texture, no flavor.

Great fucking pizza. Sauce was awesome, it's a top 5 spot in the county.

Decent slice. I had the thin crust. The crust dried out pretty bad. The edges were like eating crackers. Sauce and cheese were good. I may go back for a regular crust pie and see if it’s better.
