Boludo

Good pizza. Sweet sauce. Bad undercarriage. Chicken/Ham Empanadas were better

"Wassup chat, you already know we're out here at Boludo's in south Minneapolis"!.... That's what you get with this pizza, an influencers dream... THE CLICKBAIT. I honestly felt like this pizza had a good chance of topping my charts, I was told I have to try it by many friends that I thought were reputable sources... Lesson learned. PIZZA REVIEW. 5.7 The pizza itself looked pretty good with a nice color. The first slice was from the end, and that held up Okay with good undercarriage, the topping wanted to slide off, but I managed. The first bite was when I realized... maybe I should have let the toppings slide because this has way too much cheese. The cheese itself tasted average. Crust was cooked great but fell short on flavor. The second slide was from the middle of the pizza, and this is where the Real Problem started... The crust had disappeared, I had a full slice of cheese and only half a slice of crust. The pizza had been stretched too thin in the middle and loaded with too much cheese, effectively causing a large hole in the undercarriage. The sauce, to me, tasted very familiar. It reminded me of a few bars I've been to. Honestly I'm not sure why Im even giving this pizza a 5.7 score, maybe it's because in all reality this pizza is very average, but the crust just barely puts it in the upper middle class of average.

In love with this pizza. 😍 Super great crust with a bit of sweetness on the shaved cheese. We went back lol

Boludo

Unique Argentinian pizza. Crust is perfection with a lot of flavor in the sauce. One of Minnesotas best.

First off it’s barely a pizza, more like crappy cheesy bread, super greasy, super floppy, super salty, really not a good, would rather have a chain pizza than this

Margarita pizza from boludo. Not a fan of this one. Sauce is way too sweet for my taste. Floppy af. I do like the thicc crust and the cheese flavor is good.

Pizza is floppy and way too tangy for my liking. If you come here, avoid the pizza with a 10ft pole. However, the donuts are a 9.6. Best donuts I’ve ever had and if you’ve been able to take a look at me you’d understand that I might know a thing or two about donuts.

Pepperoni. Crust was way too soggy in spots.

Really nice pie. Touch on the sweet side. These guys know dough. The dough (and empanadas) were the stars.

One of the more unique pizzas I’ve had. Love the tiny, crisp pepperoni. But there’s a strange sweetness to the sauce. It almost tastes like jam you’d put on toast.

A really flavorful pizza and one of our new favorites. You are going to need a fork and knife for this one.

Super good! Crust is second to none

Very good pizza. The only thing keeping it from being an 8+ was the strange sweetness to it. We all agreed it was good pizza but that the sweetness was weird.

Sweet tomato sauce, great crisp salty crust, crunchy pepperonis.

Definitely a different style, incredible flavor but the big downside is that it gets really soggy in the middle. Great flavor though, will be back for sure.

Darn good pizza. The crust had a nice char on it and the cheese was flavorful and tangy. Like everyone's said the sauce is sweeter but i thought it was a nice surprise!
