Pizza Review
Bonellos is probably the best pizza option in the South Bay as far as I know. I get this pizza frequently. Todays wasn’t quite it though. Greasy, barely any sauce, flavorless. It’s not bad pizza, it’s just underwhelming (despite being the closest thing the South Bay has to NY pizza.) What changes could they make? 1, cook the pizza longer and get that oven hotter. The bottom was very blonde and the pizza had a lot of flop. I want a crispy leopard spotted bottom. 2, add more sauce. This pizza basically had none.
