Overall, very solid pies. Red sauce was a bit watery, but matched the overall texture of the pie. Incredible flavor combination from both. White pie was very garlicky, but again matched flavor of the pie. Wouldn’t necessarily call it bold flavors, but the ones that stood out came together well. Nice crust texture and crunch. Cheese fit the pie well.
