Borrelli's

Not sure where the 7.9 came from Dave? I got the Sicilian, it was ok, way too doughy and heavy. Won’t go back. Also, preferred on a Wednesday, told me 15-30 min, waited 50 min to get it. The whole place is sticky, all the wood, the floor, everything.

Raw dough, a lot of grease

Good pie. Crunchy and tasty. Would come back.

Alright Frankie. Nice vodka pepperoni. Well done

A little thicker crust than most NY style pizzas but it was still crispy all the way through. Their specialty slices are some of my favorites.

Joined the clean plate club. Excellent pie 🍕🍕

Very firm under carriage but kind of tastes like Highscool pizza.

Definitely a delicious New York pizza but I believe the score should be a little lower at 7.1

They must be family 4.0

Real nice old school joint. A Long Island tradition since 1955🤟Pizza taste better then it looks. Cooked to order, fresh ingredients. The American dream 🇮🇹🇺🇸

Really enjoyed this slice! Crust was thin enough to have a nice crunch but thick enough to have some dough to it. Sauce was very flavorful and cheese was great. However a little too much cheese overpowered the sauce.

The margarita pie was delicious!

Really good undercarriage. Could’ve been a bit crisper, and have more sauce. Overall pretty good quality.

What Dave was given did not look like a 7.9 in my book. And a huge chunk of One Bite commenters here and on YouTube have said the same. Saw a short video from the fest where Frankie's father had an honest conversation with Dave about their pizza and how they improved it. I think what I got here actually does deserve the score that Dave gave them some time back. It was well done, charred a bit, and had more sauce and less cheese. I'd actually argue this one went too far on that char to the point my friend said "not a fan". But besides that, I was good and they did improve from what they served.
