Brasi's Pizzeria

I ordered a 12" supreme from Brasi's. It took about 35 minutes and cost about $25, so a little on the steep side. I ordered it well done, and that seemed to be the right move; both the crust and cheese came out looking perfectly. The pizza tastes great, but has an overwhelming taste of salt. I mean very large salt presence here. But the sauce is great, cheese is great and plentiful, toppings great and located both above and below cheese. This is a well executed pizza and could earn a 9 if it didn't have so much salt overwhelming the flavor.
