Brasi's Pizzeria

I ordered a 12" supreme from Brasi's. It took about 35 minutes and cost about $25, so a little on the steep side. I ordered it well done, and that seemed to be the right move; both the crust and cheese came out looking perfectly. The pizza tastes great, but has an overwhelming taste of salt. I mean very large salt presence here. But the sauce is great, cheese is great and plentiful, toppings great and located both above and below cheese. This is a well executed pizza and could earn a 9 if it didn't have so much salt overwhelming the flavor.

This is how the Pizza was delivered. Let's be honest after that it really didn't have a chance. It was an average pie I got the Pep, Sausage and Basil however, they also forgot the Basil on it. Crust was crunchy but thick for Tavern Style and, the toppings kept falling off. Average pie at best.
