I mean it’s a good attempt. Brick oven pizza, in my option, would taste more light and fresh. I didn’t go fancy with the pizza choices and kept it simple. Per Dave’s rules: minimal flop, great undercarriage…NEEDS more bubbly crust (higher hydration during fermentation period of dough) and better sauce. In other notes: our server was freaking AWESOME! Best server in years!

Lacks a lot of things. The place on the inside is top tier top 5. Pizza is just not it. No real flavor, crust was paper thin with little sauce and little cheese. Definitely would take a bird here to enjoy a glass of wine but if she says she’s there for the pizza she’s not the one fellas. Stay strong

Darn darn darn. We’ve been coming here for over 5 years for both Saturday Happy Hours and bringing family in from out of town on weekends for a nice traditional Italian meal. Loved the pizzas, really liked the ambience. Both unfortunately, aren’t the same. Through CoViD-19 closures and the idea to support your local eateries, we got take out once Bacco decided to open up on a very limited basis. Unfortunately there’s been a major drop off in the pizza, and the vibe of the place as well. The pizza, pictured in this silly One Bite App review, although looks awesome, is a two point drop off from “pre-CoViD” and a one point drop off from the crappy door dash delivery fiascos. That’s right, their Fungi and Gamberi pizzas WERE close to an 8.something. The taste is sort of there. The dough is so soft in the middle that it breaks apart. It actually stuck to the plastic paper underneath. Then add to the fact they just dumped the hot pepper pieces in a clump and made no effort to spread it out. It was a mess. Like other places, maybe they lost their long time pizza maker and other kitchen staff. Which is a shame. A once a month place to go is now off the list for us And we’re sad about that. 😢 Scoring it as I see it. Hope your pizzas come out better than our last four or five did.

One bite. Everybody knows the rules… first impression looks good. Big pepperonis - good sauce here. Little flimsy- doughy. Good taste tho. I would say it’s not the best I ever had but gets the job done any day of the week

If One Bite rated best pie for your buck, this is a high 7. Otherwise, their marble steps doesnt mean this was also some fancy and rare rock. Salt on the table is for decor, it should need to be used.

Basic but checks all the boxes. Real good slice !

It is what it is. Pizza. Little skimpy on the dough and spice. As average as it gets.

Sauce is decent with a slight sweetness that’s pleasant enough, but only the other hand the dough is very much below average. Crust has a bitter almost sour taste. Over salted to say the least. I could totally crush this pizza. It’s a 6.2, not a bad score. That’s a review.

Inferno pizza. Nice sauce, crispy crust, spicy.

It’s a really great pizza! Crust and Cornicione are light, crunchy, and have some good flavor (bubbles too). Sauce is simple but perfect, crushed tomato style. Cheese is light but good tasting. The addition of fresh basil adds a brightness to finish off this great slice!

Get it at happy hour and it taste even better. The price is right and the tase is great.

One bite everybody knows the rules. It's a simple pizza and considering the price it's an 8.1 nothing sticks out as being bad and the crust and sauce are a highlight.
