Tough one, everything on top was upper 8 maybe even a low 9....but the dough was just not on the same level, bland, flour all over, and not crispy at all. If the dough was cooked through and gave a little something to compliment the top, this is an upper 8 pizza all day. Only other complaint is this is an individual size pie.
