Pizza Review
Light, chewy perfectly cooked crust. Fresh sauce, where they focus on the tomato in its simplicity and the salt level is well balanced. Just the right amount of mozzarella. A very good old school Roman style pizza. Something you'd find in Italy. My only negative would be the price, it's a bit overpriced, I get a whole pizza takes 2 boxes, but it's a very thin style pizza, so margins are high. Bonus: tried a Bomboloni. A yeast risen sugar donut with fresh with Italian pastry cream (crema pasticciera). Delicious only change would be to paper towel dry off the the donut more (a bit greasy).
