Pizza Review
This review is for the Cherry Hill location. I don’t know how different the original Westmont location is, but this app has no way to add a new pizza joint. I’m sure the food tastes exactly the same, so here’s our review. . We visited this place on a Friday night about 6 PM. It’s in a small shopping center with plenty of parking so that wasn’t an issue. We walked in and we had to wait about 10 minutes because we preferred to Booth as opposed to the smaller tables for two. . We got there just in time because once we were seated, it seemed as if the weight and folks inside Stan waiting for a table grew exponentially. . This was our first time here, so we didn’t know what to expect. We just wanted our first time to be basic, we split a Caesar salad, and we ordered one plain cheese, pizza, and their white pizza. I don’t know the official names of these pizzas, but I’ve attached menus to this review for those to see. . Cesar salad was really good. We asked for extra dressing on the side because almond nut job with dressings and I like my salads to be almost like lettuce soup. They had no problem fulfilling that request and this Caesar salad salad was really kind of unique. It wasn’t like a standard Caesar salad we’ve ever gotten before, but we both really enjoyed it. We don’t know what set it off, maybe was the crunchy things they put on top? We thought they were like those crispy onions? We don’t know the menu gave no description on what was actually in the salad. The dressing also was unique. We enjoyed it, but it had like stone, ground mustard like balls or seeds in there like you would find a hardy stone ground mustard? I know we liked It . . We got two pizzas. They are cooked in a brick oven there, and they came out looking fantastic. We really enjoyed the white pie more, but we don’t think they put garlic on it, and the menu does not say garlic and we thought that’s what it needed. We asked our server and they promptly brought out his bottle of pizza. Taste better…. . The pie was cooked very well, had enough cheese tasted OK, but we just thought the sauce was way too bland. It needed the oregano, garlic and red pepper flakes to infuse some sort of tomato flavor. That was a little surprising for us, but the pieces are relatively affordable. And we did it, we just thought it would’ve been a little bit more authentic tasting of a sauce. . The two large pizzas were about 16 inches big or about I think $16 each? The two pizzas in the Caesar salad came to less than $50. . Would we go out of our way again to go here, probably not. But if we were out and about and it was dinner time and driving by, you know, we wouldn’t hesitate to stop by. We’re just lucky with really good pizza around here that we prefer other spots around.
