Brickhouse Pizza

Flavorful crust, fresh high quality ingredients, make for a classic NYC thin crust pie. Ask for it crispy and embrace the char for no flop. The owner/chef is from the city and it shows. Other great stuff made from the pizza dough too- sandwiches, calzones, garlic bread, etc. A must try for this area

Crispy in all the right ways, minimal flop, perfect crust thickness, cooked to perfection throughout. The cupped roni I can’t get anywhere else makes this our go-to pie. The new vodka pizza is a winner as well. Heat out of the oven is good and is unlikely to burn your freakn face off.

We went to this Pizza place today and really enjoyed it! It is called the Brickhouse Pizza Company and is located at 711 NY-17-C in Owego NY. We highly recommend it! Here is a photo we took with the owner in front of his oven.
