The crust is amazing, it takes 3 days to make. The business is openly open 3 full days a week and one partial day. They have a wonderful menu. Aside from the amazing pizza and flavorful crust, they currently have a dying menu item called “garlic cheese bops” 4 balls of dough filled with cheese and garlic butter and served with marinara…. Fantastic. I hear they’re leaving just because of the time consumption for making them during busy hours, which seems to be all the time. If you’re not here as soon as they’re open, you may not get a seat. That’s saying something. Wonderful place, wonderful owners / staff….
